She is expecting her first child with her The Client List co-star Brian Hallisay.
And Jennifer Love Hewitt is making sure she stays in tip top shape during her pregnancy, and look good while doing so.
The 34-year-old showed off her burgeoning belly and ample cleavage in skintight workout gear as she sweated it out in Palisades Park on the cliffside in Santa Monica on Thursday.
The actress leaned over a large exercise ball, laughing as she held a challenging looking squat.
Jennifer showed off her toned figure in purple Lycra exercise pants and a tight grey tank top.
She made sure to stay sunsafe, shielding her face with a baseball cap while wisely forgoing makeup for her grueling workout.
Jennifer was seen making use of an array of exercise equipment, including a black pole that she leaned on while sitting on the ball.
She was also spotted standing up with the pole, using it as she did her stretches.
Jennifer then showed off her bump in all its glory as she left the park, a gold tote slung casually over her shoulder.
Jennifer said in a recent Us Weekly interview that she’s working with a trainer doing ‘cardio and weights so my arms are strong to hold the baby.’
She also mused on motherhood, stating, ‘I think most people, when they’re getting ready to be a mom, they go, “Oh my gosh, I have to have all of the answers right now.”
‘But every kid is different, every parent is different and every child and parent relationship is different, so you just sort of have to wait until you’re in it and do the best that you can to try to be zen in the middle of it all.’
Despite not knowing the gender of first child, Jennifer has a few ideas about his or her appearance.
‘You sort of have these pictures in your mind of what [the baby's going to look like],’ the actress mused. ‘I’m really excited to see what he or she is going to look like!’
And now that she’s finished shooting for her hit TV series, Hewitt is embracing the freedom to revel in her motherhood: ‘I’m off work for the moment, for the summer – it’s a really happy, positive time, which I’m grateful for.’
